It’s a Back To School Punk Rock Party! Sister Ex: Known for high energy performances, this Baltimore/DC quartet conjures gothic post-punk, glam, shoegaze and old-school punk influences to create a unique and potent sonic spell. Fueled by the iconic songcraft of vocalist Claudia Neuman. The band's icy riffs and dark melodies draw often comparisons to the music of Siouxsie and the Banshees, Echo and the Bunnymen and The Cure. Sister Ex recorded their self-titled debut in 2011, followed by the singles "Religion", "Pretty Face" and "Kalifornia Song". Sister Ex features veteran musicians Anthony Piazza (Eubie Hayve) on guitar, Jeffrey Wesolowski (East is East) on bass and drummer Steve Snyder.
